Andrew’s President’s Day Workout

I had the day off today for President’s day and it turned out to be a great day of exercise.
The wife and I went for a 2 or 3 mile hike for about an hour and a half. Great workout while being outside. Loved it.
Then I hit up LA Boxing for the real work out.
Warmup
- 1 mile run with interval speed changes
- Jump rope for 5 minutes
Boxing Training
- Speed bag training (10 minutes)
- High medicine ball toss in between speed bag sessions (2 sets of 20)
- Shadow boxing and rope dips in the ring (3 sets of 3 minutes)
- Heavy bag training (4 sets of 3 minutes)
Weight Training
- Bench press w/ medium weight (4 sets of 10)
- Walking lunges w/ 35 pound dumbbells (3 sets of 20)
- Dumbbell press w/ heavy weight (3 sets of 6)
- Leg extension w/ heavy weight (3 sets of 12)
- Leg curl w/ heavy weight (3 sets of 12)
- Dumbbell press w/ medium weights (3 sets of 10)
- Squats w/ 25 pound dumbbells (3 sets of 10)
- Seated Pec Fly w/ heavy weight (3 sets of 10)
Cool Down
- .5 mile sprint with interval speed changes
